You'll only pay a visit fee if you choose to have a video or chat visit with our team. We'll check if your insurance is accepted (though it's not required) and provide upfront prices to help you make the best decision. We don't charge for initial guidance via text (standard carrier rates may apply) or for booking appointments for you with local providers, labs, and more.

Who will I be texting with?

Once you've signed up, you'll start texting with one of our care team experts. For diagnosis and treatment, we'll connect you with a licensed clinician, such as a doctor or nurse practitioner. In other situations, you may have a chat with one of our skilled navigation experts.
